Enrollment and Finding Accommodation
After your successful qualification assessment, you will receive your admission letter via the Campo portal. All students who have received an admission letter will be able to enroll, there is no limited number of places in our program. Hence, it doesn’t matter if you enroll earlier or later, as long as you enroll within the official enrollment period.
Your enrollment consists of 2 steps:
Step 1: Request for enrollment
Before you send your hard copy documents via post, you have to request enrollment online via our application portal Campo. The option “request enrollment” will be available in the Campo portal from mid-May for enrollment for the winter semester. When available, please click on the button “request enrollment” in Campo and print out the enrollment form.
Step 2: Transferring the semester fee and sending your enrollment documents via post
Enrollment via post for the winter semester takes place from the end of July until September 30th, enrollment via post for the summer semester takes place from February to March 31st. Information on the exact dates and the required documents for enrollment can be found on the website of our Student Records Office in due time.
Please send all required documents listed in the enrollment section in Campo (more information here) to our Student Record Office by post. Enrollment in person is not available at the moment. The postal address of the Student Records Office can be found in your enrollment form that you have generated in Campo.
Please take into account that the postal service/courrier service from your home country can take several weeks. We kindly ask you to make sure that your enrollment documents reach us before the official enrollment deadline.
Please transfer the semester fees stated in your enrollment form within the official enrollment period. It is not possible to pay the semester fee in cash!
